教学目标
1.学生能听懂、会说并认读单词“library, idea, put, heavy, card, ask, wrong”.
2.学生能听懂、会说单词 “sent, shelf, dictionary, library card”.
3.学生们能听懂、会说句子“These are all books about ... Let’s put them on this shelf. Where are the books about They’re on Shelf A.”
4.培养学生略读和细读的阅读技巧，提高学生阅读能力。学生能运用网络等信息技术手段自主搜索知识。

Step 1：Warm up ?
1.Greeting to each other.
2.Guessing riddles

⑸You can write emails on it.
⑹You can find words in it.
Step2: Presentation
教师展示自己为班级图书角捐赠或募集的图书，并请学生们继续为班级图书角募集图书。
教师对学生说：“这节课我们要先在小组范围内为图书角选拔管理员候选人。我们先来学习课文，看Amy和Lingling是如何担当图书管理员的吧。”

3. Free talk: How to make a home library. Then listen to the 2nd and 3rd part to find the answer.
(1)T: First we need a shelf. (Teach the word “shelf” and “put”)
(2)T: Second we need a lot of books.

②T: What other kinds of books do you know
（Teach the word “dictionary” and watch a video about how to search information using a cell phone.）
③Show a picture of library classification.
【设计意图】让学生说一说他们知道的书本类型，激活原有知识图式。教授手机有道词典的使用方法，拓宽学生的学习方式。向学生展示图书馆基本分类，有助学生在日常生活中快速找到自己想看的书。
