【教学过程】
Ⅰ．Warm-up
1．Greeting:师生互动,相互问候.
T: Hello, boys and girls.
S: Hello!
T: How are you today
S: I'm fine, thanks.
2．失物招领:教师在上课之前征收一部分同学的文具,创设情境,复习Is it/this your pencil / Whose pencil is it
T: Is it your pen, S1
S1: No, it isn't.
T: Whose pen is it
S2: It's my pen.
T: Is this your pencil box, S2
S2: No, it isn't.
T: Is it your pencil box, S3
S3: Yes, it is.
T: Whose ruler is it
S4: It is my ruler!
Ⅱ．Presentation
1．PPT呈现教室的图片,引出classroom.教师引导What's in the classroom
PPT呈现图片,逐步引出新单词desk, chair, blackboard, schoolbag.
2．What's in our classroom
学生自由讨论,谈论自己的教室里都有什么.
S1: There are many desks in our classroom.
S2: There are many chairs in our classroom.
S3: There is a blackboard in our classroom.
S4: …
3．教师随机问一名同学Where is your schoolbag (先从学生已经学过的in, on引出下面要学的新的介词.)
4．Watch and think
PPT播放课文动画,观看完动画.
T: Where is Danny
S: Danny is between the desk and the chair.
T: Where is Jenny
S: Jenny is beside Kim.
T: Where is the schoolbag
S: The schoolbag is on the desk.
T: Where are the crayons
S: The crayons are under the desk.
通过问答,检测学生对文本的理解.
Ⅲ．Practice
1．Pair work.
教师PPT呈现一张情境图,两人一组练习方位介词.(PPT呈现学生可能用到的句型: Where is… )
2．Guess and find:
教师请一名学生用眼罩蒙上眼睛,然后把他的铅笔藏起来(放在桌子上,或椅子下),藏好后,摘下眼罩,其余学生齐问:Where is your pencil 这名学生开始寻找,学生一直问Where is your pencil ,直到找到为止.(为了增加趣味性,当这名学生越接近藏起的铅笔,其余学生的声音就越大,一旦远离,就越来越小)

Let's do it！
完成课本相关部分的练习.(教师引导学生先观察图片,综合句型What's this / Is it… / Where is… 先进行问答,再做题.)
Ⅴ．Summary
师生一起总结本课所学的词汇和句型,鼓励学生提出问题.教师点评学生的表现.
