过程与方法 First the students learn by themselves, then ask some questions and talk about these questions in groups. Then they show their answers.

教学重点 1.Be able to understand the fairy story and know about the main character in the story. 2.learn the usage of “unless,” “as soon as” and “so…that”.

设疑自探 1. 创设情境，导入新课 教师引出话题，回顾并复述“愚公移山”的故事内容，教师可提供一些用于过渡的语言，如：once upon a time ,there was…, as soon as, unless…等，鼓励学生相互倾听，培养共同参与的意识，鼓励学生畅所欲言，说出他们还了解的民间神话故事。 2. 问题预设： a. words：学生未解之词。 b. phrases：once upon a time, finish doing sth, continue to do sth, turn…into, hide his tail, make sb do sth, fall in love with…, stop doing sth等短语的含义。 c.Grammar: 连词unless，as soon as, so…that的用法。 出示自探提示，组织学生自探。 展示本节课的学习目标： （1）叙述故事所用的主要句式。 （2）连词的用法。 10分钟
