这个美国新奥尔良城中的名为NOAH (New Orleans Arcology Habitat)或者Arco(short for arcology)是一个大型的三角形建筑。其内涵盖了一个城市的基础设施系统，NOAH 高1200英尺，可以居住人口40000，有住宅、学校、商业场所、零售、酒店、娱乐场、停车场和公共设施。并且还采用了一系列的绿色系统，包括太阳能，水涡轮机，风力发电机等，整个建筑采用的是太阳能玻璃墙。
