一、方位介词
在英语中，方位介词通常与后面的名词或代词构成介宾短语表示位置关系。具体用法见下表。
方位介词(组) 含义及用法 举例
on 意为“在……上面”，二者接触 There is a pen on the book. 书上有一支钢笔。
above 意为“在上方”，表示位置高于 Raise your arms above your head. 把你的手臂举过头顶。

over 意为“在……上面”, 表示在正上方 There is a bridge over the river. 河上有一座桥。
under 意为“在……下面”，两者无接触 The dog is under the table. 狗在桌子底下。
in front of 意为“在……前面”，二者不存在包含关系 The trees are in front of the house. 树在房子前面。

in the front of 意为“在……前方”，二者存在包含关系 The table is in the front of the house. 桌子在房子里面的前方。
behind 意为“在……后面” Who's behind the door 谁在门后面？
opposite 意为“在……的对面” The shop is opposite the station. 商店在车站的对面。
in 意为“在……里面” There are three balls in the box. 盒子里有3个球。

between … and … 意为“在……和……之间” There is a bank between the park and the school.
在公园和学校之间有一家银行。
near 意为“在……附近” I live near the school. 我住在学校附近。
next to 意为“紧挨着” Next to me is my sister. 紧挨着我的是我妹妹。

on the right / left of 意为“在……右边 / 左边” The shop is on the right of the bank. 商店在银行的右边。
at / on the corner of 意为“在……的拐角处” Turn right at the corner of Xinhua Street. 在新华街的拐角处右转。
along / up / down 意为“沿着” Walk along / up / down the street. 沿着街道走。
across 意为“越过” Let's go across the road. 我们过马路吧。
二、问路与指路
问路常用的句型：
1. Excuse me, how can I get to … 打扰一下， 我怎么去……
2. Excuse me, can / could you tell me the way to … 打扰一下，你能告诉我去……的路吗？
3. Excuse me, where is …, please 打扰一下，请问……在哪儿？
4. Excuse me, can / could you tell me how to get to … 打扰一下，你能告诉我怎么去……吗
5. Excuse me, is there a … near here 打扰一下，这儿附近有……吗？
指路常用的句型：
1. Go along / down / up this street / road. 沿着这条街 / 路往前走。
2. Turn left / right at the first crossing / turning. 在第一个十字路口 / 拐弯处向左 / 右转。
3. Go on until you reach the end. 你向前一直走到尽头。
4. Go across / Cross the street / the bridge. 走过 / 越过街道 / 桥。
5. It's on the corner of … 它在……的拐角处。
6. It's opposite / across from … 它在……的对面。
7. Yes, there is. It's on North Street.有，就在北大街。
8. Take the No.5 bus here, and get off at the next stop.在这里坐5路公交车，然后在下一站下车。
