非谓语动词
1. 定义：不能表明事态的动词
2. 非谓语动词形式
to do； doing；done...
to do不定式的用法
1. to do不定式做目的状语，在句首或者句末，翻译成 “为了”
To do sth, 句子= 句子+to do
eg，
To get better grades, he has to study hard.
2. to do作定语，再被修饰的名词或者代词之后
eg，
I have much work to do, so I have no time to go shopping with you.
3. 特殊疑问词+to do
eg，
what to do做什么
how to use it怎样使用它
where to go去哪里
4)含to do的固定搭配
ask ; want;would like; hope; afford, wish, expect, refuse;allow; decide
accept; fail; seem; can’t wait; manage; be adj; be done; make a decision
have no choice but to do不得不做某事
used to do过去常常做某事
doing动名词
1）动名词具有动词和名词的双重用法，而名词具有静态的意思
2）动名词可以做主语，谓语动词用单数
eg， Doing morning exercises is good for your health.
3) 动名词可以作宾语
常见动词后跟动名词的有：
avoid, finish, like, enjoy, practice, be busy, spend, be worth, feel like, mind;keep;suggest...
be used to do, pay attention to, look forwar to...
have trouble/difficulty (in) doing
4）动名词可以作宾补
notice/see/ watch/hear sb doing
注意到/看见/观看/听见某人正在做某事
1)有些动词后面可以加to do,也可加doing， 但含义不一样
stop to do 停下来去做另外的事情
stop doing停止正在做的事
try to do努力做某事
try doing尝试做某事
mean to do打算做某事
mean doing意味着做某事
2)有些动词后面可以加to do,也可加doing， 但含义不一样
forget to do 忘记要做某事（未做）
forget doing忘记做过某事
remember to do记得要做某事（未做）
remember doing记得做过某事
go on to do继续做另外事
go on doing意味着做同一件事
3)有些动词后面可以加to do,也可加doing， 但含义不一样
regret to do 后悔要做某事
regret doing后悔做过某事
用do的固定搭配
make sb do让某人做某事
let sb do 让某人做某事
had better do最好做某事
情态动词+动词原形
why not do... = why don’t you do sth？为什么不做某事呢？
= How about doing... = What about doing...
= Would you like to do...
done过去分词
1）动名词可以作表语，表状态
eg，
She was worried about her exam, so she couldn’t sleep.
I am interested in cutting paper.
2) done过去分词可以作定语，可表被动
eg，
The boy called Tom is my student.
These are the cameras returned from the shops.
3) done过去分词可以作状语，表被动或状态
eg，
Faced with the difficulty, he felt calm.
