1.talk to…意为“和… …交谈”，talk作不及物动词，意为“讨论；交谈”。

1. People often lose things when they’re travelling or when they’re in a hurry. 人们在旅行中或是匆忙中经常丢东西。
in a hurry 意思是“匆匆忙忙”。
(be) in no hurry意思是 “不急于；不忙于”
She’s in no hurry to leave here.
in a hurry 意为“匆匆忙忙地”
hurry to do sth. 匆忙做某事
leave sth. + 地点，表示把某物落在某地
I often leave my homework at home.
我经常把作业忘在家里。
2. That’s why there are lost and found
offices at airports and stations.
这就是在机场和火车站有失物招领办公室的原因。
that’s why 表示“是……的原因”，常用于句首，后面跟的是结果。如：
We make a plan for this year. That’s why we work hard every day.
That’s why …意为“是… …的原因”
That’s why they are on the news.
那就是新闻报道他们的原因。
3. Hundreds of people come here every day.
每天都有成百上千人到这里来。
hundred是一个确数, 表示“一百”。当hundred前面有具体数字时, 要用单数形式, 但它后面跟of 时, 要用复数形式hundreds of，同时其前面不能再加具体数字。△thousand, million也有此类似的用法。
There are hundreds of mobile phones in the store.
Thousands of people work in the factory.
hundreds of 意为“数百”，类似的短语还有thousands of（数以千计的），millions of （数百万的）。
注意：
hundreds of表示的是一个概数，前面不能再加基数词修饰。当hundred表示确切数目时，其前有一个具体的基数词修饰，此时hundred既不变为复数，也不与of连用

辨析：look for与find
1、look for意为“寻找”，指有目的的找，强调“寻找”这一动作。

2、find意为“找到；发现”，强调“找”的结果，其宾语往往是某个丢失的东西或人。
I’m looking for my bag, but I can’t find it.
我找我的书包，但我没找到。
