Step 1.Analysis of the student.
In this unit,we learned the Silk Road,and we learned the history of China ,culture of China,now ,Jenny is going to Canada,she is thinking back China.
Step 2. Lead in.(引入)
Ask the following questions: Have you ever write a diary in Chinese
Do you know how to write a diary in English
Step 3. New lesson.(新课)
No. 1 prepare
1)Greet the students in English and make sure they can response correctly.
2)Everyday report in English
3)Check the homework and explain something when necessary.
No. 2 Text
Ask all Ss read the passage,the teacher listen it carefully,then point out whether
the students read the wrong
Next,the teacher explain the passage in Chinese.
No. 3 diary
Ask the Ss practice the diary in English.
No. 4 practice
Finish the practice:Let’s do it.
No. 5 important sentences:
1.It is only a few years old,…它只有几年的时间……
a few,一些,相当于some,修饰可数名词的复数。
few,没几个,修饰可数名词的复数。
a little,一些,相当于some,修饰不可数名词。
little,没多少,修饰不可数名词。
The bottle has a little water. 这个瓶子里有一些水。
He has few friends. 他没几个朋友。
(1). I like a ____ sugar in my tea.
(2). There are a ____ students eating lunch now.
2. It held the 2008 Olympics.
held是hold的过去式和过去分词,译为“举办”。
e.g. Our school will hold a sports meeting next
month.
我们学校下个月将举办运动会。
3.Where else can you travel thousands of years back in time 回到数千年前,你还能到其他哪些地方旅游?
1)else,其他的,只能作后置定语,修饰不定代词或副词。when else,其他什么时间;who else,别的什么人;something else,其他的东西。
other,其他的,修饰名词,放在名词前。有时可与else转换。who else=what other people; something else=other things
2)hundred, thousand等表示单位的数词,如果前面有具体数字,不加s和of。如果表示概数,没有具体数字,则要加s和of。例如:
The house can hold two thousand people.这个房子可容纳2 000人。(前面有具体数字)
There are hundreds of trees in the park.这个公园里有数百棵树。(前面没有具体数字)
4. I will come back someday.
someday adv. 将来某天
e.g. My dream will come true someday.
将来有一天我的梦想一定会实现。
Exercise:
