本节课是第八单元话题二的第二课时,将继续学习有关旅行的话题,主要活动是根据1a教学生画思维导图。 通过简和周伟伦谈论去云南旅游的景点和需要带的物品,学习征询别人意见和给予建议的表达方式;还通过听力活动训练学生听懂关于旅行的对话,并从中获取细节信息——需要携带物品的能力,同时复习表示计划的表达法;小组讨论帮助学生学习如何制定旅行计划,以及如何运用表达计划的句型和自己绘制的思维导图编一个简单的对话。
Ⅱ. Teaching aims 1. Knowledge aims
能够根据已学语音、音标及发音规则,正确朗读下列词汇并运用于情景对话中:
hometown, anytime, camera, tent
能够应用征询别人意见和给予建议的表达方式,如:
(1)—What places should I visit in Yunnan
—You should visit Dali and Lijiang.
(2)—What should I take with me
—You’d better take a camera, a pair of sunglasses, a map and so on.
(3)You shouldn’t miss Xishuangbanna.

Ⅵ. Teaching procedures
Step 1 Warming up and leading in
1. Show some pictures of Yunnan. And tell the students that the photos are from a friend who travels in Yunnan.
2. Let the Ss enjoy a video about Yunnan’s places of interest. Ask them to enjoy it and find oud how many places of interest are mentioned. Then tell them the teacher also want to have a trip in Yunnan and teach the new word, camera.
3. Lead to the new lesson.
Step 2. Pre-listening
1. Ask the Ss to have a free talk about how to make a trip plan.
Then show some key words or phrases to help them to know the main points in this class.
2. Show the trip plan part by part, and help the students to talk about the reasons of each choose.
3. Tell the students that the teacher has no idea about the following things, places, weather, things to take and hope they can give more tips.
4. Tell the Ss that we can learn from Jane.
Step 3. While-listening
1. Listen and answer the two questions.
1) What places of interest should Jane visit there
2) What should Jane take to Yunnan
2. Watch the video of 1a and answer the question:

Step 4. Post-listening
1. Ask the Ss to have a free talk.
We know the places of interest we can visit and the things we should take from the talk between Jane and Weilun. Please tell me what else I should take for the trip.
2. Go on complete the teacher’s plan.
Let the Ss complete the sentences about the places, the things and the weather.
3. Encourage the SS give more tips using the following expressions.
