Section C教学设计
1.整体设计思路、指导依据说明
本节课是第八单元话题二的第三课时,是一节阅读课,主要活动是1a和2b。本单元话题是关于旅游,所以本节课以本班同学林友洛暑假要去美国游学,为了使旅行更加顺利,在旅行前他希望得到同学们的建议为主线展开教学活动。通过找主题句、绘制思维导图等方法,训练学生分析文本、理解语篇内容和结构的阅读策略;通过本节课学习学生能用本课提建议的重要句式“should/shouldn't ... , had better ... , Don't ... ,Remember to...”给友洛同学提供较好的建议;另外,通过提供相对真实的写作任务,训练学生利用信息构建一个表达建议的语篇的能力。
2.教学背景分析
教学内容分析:本节课是第八单元话题二的第三课时,是一节阅读课,主要活动是1a和2b。为了达到更好教学效果,本节课对教学内容重新整合,在读前环节,通过看图说话形式巩固强化学生对提建议的表达方式“should/shouldn't ... , had better ... , Don't ... ,Remember to...”的应用和掌握。在读中环节通过找主题句、绘制思维导图等方法,训练学生分析文本、理解语篇内容和结构的阅读策略。读后小组合作探究环节,扩展学生的知识面,为学生完成最后相对真实的写作任务搭建支架。
学生情况分析:这个班级的学生有良好的英语基础,具备自我拼读预习单词的能力,有较好的预习习惯。平时在课堂上能通过团队练习对话、讨论问题,大部分学生能大胆开口说英语,能积极主动回答问题。
3.学习目标分析

4.教学重点、难点分析
教学重点:能够正确运用表示建议和旅行注意事项的表达方式:should/shouldn't ... , had better ... , Don't ... ,Remember to...等。
教学难点:能够正确运用should/shouldn't ... , had better ... , Don't ... ,Remember to...等提建议句式进行有关旅游建议的写作。
5. 教学过程设计
教学步骤:
Step1. Warming up & lead in
1、 Watch a video “3 Minutes Trip in Yunnan”.
2、 Read the new words and phrases in Section C.
3、 Know about the learning objectives.
4、 Do a duty report about travelling.

设计意图:通过课前播放相关游学视频,集中学生的注意力,帮助学生尽快静下心来进入上课状态。通过展示学习目标、做与旅游相关的值日报告,明确本节课的目标,激发学生学习兴趣,提高参与课堂的积极性,同时导入本课的主线和任务。
Step2. Pre-reading
1、Show pictures and teach the new words and phrases.
设计意图: 看图说话,训练学生的读图能力,让学生不仅学习生词更能体会准确的词义和应用的语境。
Step3. While-reading
1、Skim the passage and check ( √ ) the one that best summarizes the main idea.
2、Skim the passage and choose the best structure.
3、Read Para. 1 and answer the question.
4、Read Para.2 and fill in the blanks.
5、Read Para. 3 and try to draw a mind map(思维导图).

2、Write a letter to Kangkang to give him more detailed advice by using sentence patterns:

3、Share the writing.
设计意图:小组活动培养学生的合作探究能力。通过提供一个相对真实的写作任务,训练学生利用信息构建一个表达建议的语篇的技能。

2、Ask students to do the self-check today.
设计意图:分类归纳总结所学单词,词组,句型,加深学生的印象。学生自主检测本节课的掌握情况,体验进步与成功。

2、Recite 1a.
