一、教材分析：
本单元以“everyday activities” 为话题，谈论正在进行的动作或正在发生的事情。本课时是第三课时，学生在这一节课中将进一步巩固现在进行时的用法及问答，通过“听、说、读、写”活动加强对前两课时的继续学习和拓展，为后面的综合运用语言奠定更坚实的基础。

通过两人一组合作和角色扮演的方式,在情景交际中练习打电话,在情景中通过合作交流，使用动词短语，巩固现在进行时, 并能做问答练习，学会自主学习的方法和合作交流的方法。

培养同学间的友好相处，激发他们对学习英语的兴趣和热情，在接近日常生活的交际中能乐于模仿，敢于开口，积极参与。
