Analysis of this unit: The main topic of this unit is about life in the past. The grammar is about past tense. In Unit 1,the text introduces the past life of Betty, Lingling and Tony. After learning this unit, students should be able to talk about their past life correctly.
Analysis of the students: Most of the students haven’t learnt the past tense before. So it will be not very easy for them to learn.
