Three days later, they decided (决定) to come back home. Unluckily, their boat hit a rock and soon went down. They were all in danger. With a villager’s help, all of them were out of danger. They didn’t come back until midnight (午夜). The young man was too hungry and quite tired. So he wished to get home as soon as possible. But the lift (电梯) didn’t work. He had to walk upstairs (上楼). He stopped by my door and took out a key. Of course, he could not open the door. He tried it again and again, but failed (失败). He became angry and shouted, “I’ll cut you down with a knife!”
