2. 冠词 a 与 an
冠词 a 和 an 是虚词，只用在单数可数名词前，表示“一”。通常放在单数可数名词前。a 用在以辅音音素开头的单数可数名词前，如 a pen。
e.g. ____________ key.

an 用在以元音音素开头的单数可数名词前，如 an apple (/ /为元音)。

冠词 a, an 两种帽，单数名词常需要；

3. What’s this in English 这个用英语怎么说？
此句型用来询问某物，回答时要用“It is/ It’s a(n) + 名词”，其中 it 用来指代 this 或 that。
其同义句为：What’s the English for this / that
what’s = what is, 意为“是什么”。用来提问的特殊疑问词总是放在句子的开头。
in English 意为“用英语 ”，其中 in 是介词，表示“用语言、声音、方式等”。

1. Spell it, please. 请拼写一下吧。
1) 这是一个用来考查别人拼写（读）能力的句式。用于别人提到的单词，自己不知如何拼写，让对方指出这个单词由哪几个字母组成。例如：
— It’s a jacket. 它是一个夹克衫。
—______________ 请拼写它。 — J-A-C-K-E-T.
2) please 意为“请”，常用于一些客套的场合，可放在句首，也可以放在句末。放在句末时，常用逗号与前面部分隔开。例如：
Please stand up.
= Stand up, please. 请起立。

2. am, is, are 是连系动词 be 的三种形式，都意为“是”。观察例句，补全结论。
1) I am Dale. 我是戴尔。主语是 I 时，连系动词 be 的形式为 am。
2) You are my friend.你是我的朋友。
主语是 you 时，连系动词 be 的形式为 are
3) He / She / Mike is a student. 他 / 她 / 迈克是一名学生。
4) It / This / That is my ruler.
它 / 这 / 那是我的尺子。 当主语是 he, she, it, this, that 或一个人名（如 Mike）时，连系动词 be 的形式为 is 。
