Jimmy barked happily. Then they all went back to Mrs Smith's house to have dinner. What a dangerous but lucky trip!
Last year, Mary and Kevin went on holiday. They stayed at Mrs Smith's house at the bottom of a mountain. The mountain was high and attractive.
On the morning of the second day, they started to climb the mountain. Soon, it started to snow. Hours later, the snow was getting heavier and heavier. It's difficult for them to climb the mountain. It got dark and they couldn't find their way.
“What should we do ” asked Mary.
“Nothing. We have some food,” said Kevin. “Let's sit down and wait.”
It got colder in the evening. They felt cold and scared. They could do nothing but waited for help. At the same time, Mrs Smith was worried about Mary and Kevin. So she said to Jimmy, “Good boy! Let's go to find them!”
Some time later, Kevin suddenly heard some noise. He was excited and woke Mary up. “Wake up, Mary! Someone is coming! We will be saved!” “Help! Help!” They shouted together. Soon they saw Mrs Smith and her dog Jimmy.
“How did you find us, Mrs Smith ” asked Mary. “Jimmy led me all the way here,” Mrs Smith said.
“Thank you, Mrs Smith, and thank you too, Jimmy!” said Mary and Kevin.
