课时教学目标
1.能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解故事内容
2.能够复习和巩固单元核心句型以及月分类的单词
3.能够在教师的帮助下表演故事,增加学生语言的输入Story time
4.能够复述故事,以小组合作的方式排演故事,并进行续写
教学重点
1.能够听、说、认读单词或短语: Early planning is always good,still,away,famous,valley。
2.运用寻找关键词,抓关键信息的阅读方法读懂故事。
教学难点.
能够根据板书复述故事,并进行故事续写。
教学准备
1.PPT课件、课文录音、视频等。
2.人物头像卡,图片。
教学过程
Step Warm-up & Lead-in
1. Greetings.
2. Sing a song syllable song of 12 months
3. Lead-in.
①Game :look and shout !
(课件出示:暑假,教师节,母亲节,儿童节图片)
T: Look at the special days. Which one do you like best
What will you do on that day?
Ss: I like ...best . I will .....
T: If we want to have a good time ,we need a plan !(Write down “plan” on the blackboard.)
Teaching purpose
在读前活动中,通过呈现节日活动图片复习学过的节日名词,”同时引出短语“we need a plan”,为读中环节做好铺垫。
Step 2: Presentation
While-reading
1. show my summer vacation plan.
(1)Show my plan of July and August.
T: Here is my plan. Let’s have a look. Learn the new words and the new phrase: famous, visit, early planning is always good.(课件出示:暑假计划文本内容)
(2)Read and answer.
Play the video. Students read after the recording first. Then think about the question:
①What are they talking about
②Where will Zoom go in his summer vacation plan
③Why will Zoom go to Xinjiang, Grape Valley and Huangshan Mountain
Students discuss in groups of four students. The teacher lead them to read, think and answer.
(3).Learn picture2-4
Why will Zoom go to Xinjiang, Grape Valley and Huangshan Mountain
T: Do you know why Now, read the picture 2. and discuss.

Post-reading
Zoom made a great plan but he forgot the maths test next Monday.
What will happen next
1. Discuss. The teacher asks the question “What will you do if you were Zoom ”.
Students discuss freely.

2. Continue acting the story. The teacher asks several students to share their ideas and continue acting the story.

1. Make a plan for the weekends., May day or summer vacation and show it to your friends and parents

教学反思
阅读一个含有本单元所学核心语言的趣味故事,引起学生学习英语的兴趣,扩大学生阅读量。并教会学生“Early planning is always good.”,做计划时要学习娱乐两不误。本节课吸纳了交际教学思想,注重学生语言综合应用能力的培养,体现语言的交际功能,把知识和技能目标融会在完成任务的过程之中。以话题为纲,以阅读能力为主线,兼顾语言结构,逐步引导学生运用英语完成有实际目的的语言任务,即话题—功能—结构——任务,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生初步具备阅读和输出绘本故事的能力,通过设计简明的思维导图帮助学生理解、记忆文本;本课内容非常丰富,时间安排合理,详略得当,圆满完成教学任务。当然,任何一节课都有需要完善的地方。小组活动少,有的小组还没有进行活动,关注度不够,有些学生出现了上课注意力不集中的现象,教师对此没有及时予以纠正;课堂活动合理评价,将教师评价和小组互评相结合。
