Dear Sir or Madam,
Last month, I bought a robot named Goldfish in your robot shop. But it went wrong only one month after I got it back.
The batteries can only last for two days. And it can only work for three hours a day. The room is always in a mess though it is designed to do housework for
its master. What is worse, it knocks everything over. I have been to your robot shop, but there is no reply.
I regret having bought a robot like this. I hope I can return it to your shop and have my money back.

I'm one of your neighbors. And I'm now writing and behave of the resident 's association（居委会） to complain about your making noises. You disturb others' normal lives.
Since you moved in the building three months ago，we have received many complaints about your bad behaviors. For example ,you often turned on the music very loudly till late. Furthermore every weekend your noisy parties last until the next morning. It makes other neighbours can not have a good rest.
A harmony community's life needs us to create. We hope you can stop your bad behavior as soon as possible. Unless you do something to improve the present situation, we will have no other choice but to take legal action.
