含义时什么？
一般过去时主要体现在动词的变化上。
本单元主要是学习：一般情况下，动词后面直接加ed
第二要点：主要的动词was，were，cooked ，rowed，had，helped，washed ，did，played，watched，
was，表示“是”，是am或者is的过去式
were，表示“是”，是are的过去式
cooked ，表示“做饭，烹饪”是cook和cooks的过去式
rowed，表示“划船”，是row和rows的过去式
had，表示“有”，是have或者has的过去式
helped，表示“帮助”，是help和helps的过去式
washed ，表示“洗”是wash和washes的过去式
did，表示“做”，是do和does的过去式
played，表示“玩”，是play和plays的过去式
watched，表示“看”是watch和watches的过去式
要求：能够正确把握住单词的过去式的形式和区分一般现在时和一般过去时
