一、考察特点:
1. 词汇方面注重对于词汇和搭配的考察。
2. 语法方面考察词性之间关系和句子结构分析能力。
3. 逻辑方面考察上下文联系
二、解题步骤:
Step 1:详读选项,词分类
详细的理解这10个单词,熟悉的单词标明词性和词义,不熟悉的单词或者不认识的单词只需标明词性。这样就缩小了选择的范围,降低了试题的难度。
注意:
1. 动词分为谓语动词和非谓语动词。过去分词有两种可能性(形容词和动词的过去分词), 因此要根据动词的形式结合文章进行相应的时态或者语态的判断。
2. 不认识的词要看后缀。构词法中, 前缀区分意思, 后缀区分词性。
3. 做出相应的标记。在英文中有的单词不只有一个词性,比如大家常见的play/visit/study既有名词词性也有动词词性。
Step 2:略读全文,定中心
首先略读整篇文章,确定文章的中心或主要说明的问题。要抓住文章首句,迅速找到文章的主题词或主题。和完型填空一样,一般文章第一句不设空格,以便让考生知道本文的相关主题词或主题。在此,建议大家使用略读的方法,以快速掌握文章大意。
Step 3: 瞻前顾后,灵活选
词性分类之后,回到原文中,根据划分句子结构,确定所要填的词性,然后从分类好的单词中选择出词性、意思、语法都符合要求的最佳选项。同时采用排除法。
Step 4: 复核检查,定结果
迅速的确定答案,确定答案之后迅速的复查。检查上下文是否通顺、上下文的逻辑结构是否正确、文章的意思是否出现偏差等等,复查无误后即可确定为最后答案。
三、解题技巧:
词性判断技巧:
(1)对主语的判断:做主语词性主要为:名词,代词,动名词。
eg:Teacher are helpful to students. (名词)
eg:They always try their best to help their students.(代词)
eg:Learning a foreign language is very useful. (动名词)
此外,形容词前加the也可作主语。
eg: The rich are not always happy. 句中the rich 指“有钱人”,因此可以作主语。
(2) 对谓语的判断:做谓语词性主要为:动词。要注意时态和语态的问题。
eg: She went to the Bund with her parents last Sunday.(动词)
时态:
1. 一般现在时:要考虑动词的三单形式
2. 一般过去时:要考虑动词的过去式
3. 现在进行时,考虑动词的现在分词形式
4. 现在完成时:要考虑动词的过去分词的形式
(3) 对宾语的判断:做宾语词性主要为:主要为名词或代词。
eg: Without your help,I will not work out the problem.(名词)
eg: Would you like to help me (代词)
(4) 对表语的判断:做表语词性主要为:形容词,名词,代词,动名词,动词过去分词, 介词短语。
eg: It is impossible for an ordinary plane to fly to the moon. (形容词)
eg: This book is Lucy’s,it isn’t mine. (代词)
eg: She is a girl who has big eyes.(名词)
eg: She is reading books in the library.(动名词)

(5) 对定语的判断:做定语词性主要为:形容词,序数词,名词所有格,介词短语。
eg:The final exams usually take place at the end of June. (形容词)

eg: This bag isn’t mine,it is Linda’s bag.(名词所有格)
(6) 对状语的判断:做状语词性主要为:副词,介词短语。

(7) 对宾语补足语的判断:在句子中放在宾语之后,作宾语补足语的词有:名词,形容词,不
定式和分词。

简单句的五种基本句型
(1)主语+谓语(不及物动词)
e.g. Summer is coming.
(2)主语+谓语(连系动词)+表语
e.g. You are very busy./She looked very unhappy when she failed in the exam.
(3)主语+谓语(及物动词)+宾语
e.g. Mr Liu teaches English.
(4)主语+谓语(及物动词)+间接宾语(人)+直接宾语(物)
e.g. Mum gave me a dictionary. = Mum gave a dictionary to me.
(5)主语+谓语(及物动词)+宾语+宾语补足语

并列句由两个或两个以上的简单句构成。常用的并列连词有:and, but, or, so, not only …but
