教学反思
这一节是围绕着学过的问答句型而讲述的一个发生在supermarket里的故事教学。
一、整体教学的优势
这既是一个故事教学,也是一个对话教学,在呈现教学时,我采用了整体教学的理念,先是在情境整体导入中对意义的整体理解,并逐步在有意义的师生教学活动中进行句型和单词等知识的操练活动,可理解性的语言输入量大,突出了学生的主体性。如,首先我请孩子们猜这个故事发生的地点(supermarket),让学生在这个情景中有身临其境之感。再观赏video时,我提出了要求,让学生带着问题去思考,并激励他们去解答问题。总之我感觉这种整体式的师生互动教学大大调动了孩子们的学习积极性,而学生在踊跃参与的活动中表现了对教学内容的较高理解水平和听、说、做的较强能力,有利于培养他们英语思维习惯和综合语言运用能力。
二、任务型教学的体现
孩子们喜欢这个故事,而这种喜欢不仅仅停留在感官上,我觉得在教学过程中我运用了任务型教学理念,设置了不同的任务让学生去完成激发了孩子们的兴趣。
在课堂教学中,我不断以话题为核心、以任务为主线,而这些任务都以不同的活动为载体,并且是以学生为中心,因而创造了有效的教学形式,收到了较好的教学效果。如第一次整体呈现故事,是请孩子们找出Where are Ken,Ann and Mocky?第二次,What do they see?第三次,One watermelon is missing,who eats it?等等,每一次的活动都伴随着不同的任务,并把语言技能和知识都溶入到这些任务中,让学生们既体验到了任务完成的成功感,也在这个完成的过程中收获了知识点。
三、教学过程的层次性
这节课中,我以“语言交际为中心”,强调了听说,在课堂教学活动设计上始终围绕着学生听说能力的训练展开,并力求体现出层次性。由第一次的where到第二次的what do they see再到第三次的who eats the watermelon,尽管都是听、看video,但这三次都是有区别的、层层递进的。这种有层次性的教学活动建立在学生的认知特点上,关注了他们的学习,我想这也是教学效果良好的一个重要缘由。
这是一节低年级的英语阅读探讨课,如何将“听、说、读、写”更好地贯穿在教学中,或许说初步形成一个低年级的英语阅读模式,还需不断地研讨和实践。
