我们使用的鲁教版小学英语教材五年级下册共有六个单元和一个复习单元。每个单元都有一个独立的话题,我执教的这节课是第三单元 Health中的第一课时 What’s wrong with you 学习并掌握本课动词词组 have a fever, have a headache, have a bad cold, cough, take some medicine.学习询问和描述病症的句型“What’s wrong with you ”和”I have a ...”
Topic: What’s wrong with you
I. Teaching objectives and demands
1. Language aims(definite)
①The words and phrases:fever, cough, headache ,cold, medicine , feel cold,have a fever , have a headache, have a cold , take some medicine,what’s wrong
②The drills: What’s wrong with you I feel cold. 1 have a fever. I have a headache.
2. Ability aims
①Develop the students’ abilities of listening, speaking and reading.
②According to the class, students can use the drills in daily life.
3. Emotion aims:
To cooperate with each other by group work.

Step 2 Presentation
1.Let’s learn Unit 3 Lesson1
What’s wrong with you Then teach “wrong” “What’s wrong ” “What’s wrong with you ” Show them some pictures and make them to say their feelings.
“I feel...”“I feel sad/cold.”
2. Read the first paragraph of the text and answer the question. Teach “I don’t feel well. I feel cold.” What’s wrong with Wang Hong
3. Watch the video and fill in the blanks. Teach “I cough and feel cold .I have a bad headache.”
4. What's the doctor's conclusion?You have a bad cold. Read and compare. Make a choose.
5. Let’s talk

6. Let's act and say.
A: What’s wrong with you

A: Go and see the doctor please.

7. Watch the video again and find out the answer of the question
“What’s the doctor’s advice ”
Then teach “medicine” and “take some medicine”.8. Give them some advice about how to keep healthy.
Step3. Practice
Listen and repeat twice. Pay attention to pronunciation and intonation.
Work in groups of three.
Step4. Production.
Let’s do and act. One student is the doctor, the other student is the patient. The doctor asks, the patient describes his or her condition and finally the doctor reaches a conclusion and prescribes a prescription. Students can take turns playing doctors and patients.
Doctor: What’s wrong with you
S: I cough and feel cold./ I have a fever./ I have a headache.
Doctor: Let me have a look. Take some medicine./Drink some water. You’ll be all right.
S: Thank you, doctor.
Step5. Homework.
Listen and repeat the dialogue. Role play with your parents.
At last enjoy a song.
课后反思
本堂课顺利的完成了授课内容,基本达到了预期效果。个人认为有以下亮点:
1. 通过歌曲把学生们的积极性充分的调动了起来,营造了一个自由,快乐的课堂坏境。
2.通过整体呈现课文录像,为学生提供较为真实的语境,同时通过带着问题听读课文培养了学生用英语分析问题和解决问题的能力。
3. 让学生在课堂上模拟看病场景,与此同时渗透语言教学。寓教于乐,让学生在玩的过程中自然的习得和感知语言,起到“润物细无声”的作用,学生们很感兴趣。要是课上能让学生参与解说,相信效果会更好。
4. 利用多媒体资源,给学生快捷,形象的信息,使知识的呈现感性且生动。有趣。课堂效率也随之得到了提高。但在本课我也有很多不足之处有待于改进和完善。由于本课信息量大,内容多,部分练习时间分配有点不足。
课堂中有部分练习可能没能照顾到所有学生,再加上时间有限,没能让更多学生展示自己,学生的语言应用能力还有待于进一步的锻炼和提高。在今后的教学中我会适当的加以调整。
