Step1.Greeting.
Step2.Leading-in.
The teacher sings a song and asks the students if they can sing the song. Then ask the students to look at the screen and sing together.
Step3.Task 1 Learn something about musical instruments
Look at the pictures on the screen and introduce: guitar, piano, violin, trumpet, drums .
Play a guessing game. Play some music, the students listen and tell me the names of the musical instruments.
Step4.Task 2 Key words
Look at the pictures on the screen and teach: dance, swim, sing, paint, play chess, speak English, play the piano
Play a guessing game. Ask a student to act and the other students guess what she/he can do.

Step5.Task 3 Talk about clubs
Look at the pictures on the screen and introduce: art club, music club, English club, swimming club, chess club
Play a number game. Students choose one of the five numbers and then talk about the club.
eg. If the students choose 1.They should say something about the Art Club.
A: What club do you want to join? B: I want to join the art club.
A: Can you paint? B: Yes, I can./ No, I can’t.

Ask the students to read the three conversations.
