Language Points
（2）along此处用作介词，意为“沿着”，相当于down。go along(the street)意为“沿着（这条街）走”。
e.g.:We can walk along that road.
我们可以沿着那条路走。
Go along the street, and you'll find the post office.
沿着这条街道走，你会找到邮局。
【拓展】along还可作副词，意为“向前；一同”。与动词连用时，与on同义，表示“向前移动”。
e.g.:Come along, Ling Feng.凌峰，来吧。
（3）turn left意为“向左转”，left作副词，意为“向左边”。其反义短语是turn right，意为“向右转”。turn此处用作实义动词，意为“转向；转身”；还有“翻转，旋转”之意。
e.g.:Turn left and go along the street.

I turned the key.我转动了钥匙。
【拓展】①turn还可用作连系动词，意为“变成”。
e.g.:Leaves turn green in spring.春天叶子变绿。
②turn用作名词，意为“（轮到的）机会”。

(1)crossing名词，意为“十字路口”。Turn right/left at the+序数词+crossing.=Take the+序数词+crossing
on the right/left.意为“在第几个十字路口向右/左转”。
e.g.:Turn right at the first crossing.=Take the first crossing on the right.在第一个十字路口向右转。
（2）on one's left意为“在某人的左边”，此处left作名词，意为“左边”。on one's right意为“在某人的右边”。
