人教版英语六年级上册Unit4 I have a pen pal教学设计
一、教学目标
1.能够听、说、读、写动词短语的ing 形式:collecting stamps, riding a bike, diving, playing the violin, making kites.
2.能够听、说、认读句子:What is your hobby? I like collecting stamps.
3.能够用句子: What is your hobby? I like… What is his/her hobby? He/She likes…询问别人日常的业余爱好并作答。
4.鼓励学生发展广泛的兴趣和爱好。
二、教学重点、难点
1. 掌握本课时的五个动词(短语)的-ing形式: riding a bike ,diving, playing the violin, collecting stamps, making kites。
2. 句型“ What is your hobby? I like…”的灵活运用。
三、教学准备
1. 老师准备课件、录音机、录音带及相关的词卡、图片.
2. 教师准备一只纸风筝和一本集邮册。
3. 学生准备英语练习本或白纸。

五、教学流程
1、热身/复习(Warm-up/ Review)
教师播放歌曲“I love going hiking”,学生边唱边和老师做相应的动作。
活动一:游戏复习
(1)教师依次出示五年级下册第四、五、六单元Let’s learn部分的一张单词卡片,让学生一起边读边做动作。
(2)将认读过的卡片依次贴到黑板上,让一名学生到前边表演,其他同学以最快的速度猜出来。
活动二:话语接龙
教师边做动作边说:“I like drawing pictures.”请一名学生选自己喜欢做的一件事在此基础上再加一句话:“I like drawing pictures. I like jumping”,依次类推,可以从上面的卡片上选词语,也可以自由发挥,不能重复,看谁说出的句子最多。
2、呈现/操练(Presentation/ Practice)
(1)引入
教师将学生表述的动词词组写上黑板,指明这些都是我们的业余爱好,自然引出单词hobby,指导学生朗读hobby。
(2)呈现riding a bike
教师问学生“How do you go to school?”学生回答“I go to school on foot. What about you?”教师回答“I go to school by bike. I like riding a bike.”教师出示词卡riding a bike,教学发音,强调转换要点,指导书写。
(3)呈现diving
教师出示课件,让学生猜一猜课件中小女孩在做什么,学生回答“jumping / walking/ running…教师把课件演示出来并引出diving,教学发音,指导书写。然后再出示一张跳水冠军郭晶晶的幻灯片,并说:I like riding a bike. But what’s Guo Jing-jing’s hobby?学生齐说:跳水。教师说:Yes, diving. Guo Jing-jing likes diving. She likes diving.
(4)呈现playing the violin
教师做拉小提琴的动作,问“What am I doing?”学生猜“ You are…”教师说“Yes, I am playing the violin. What is she doing? She is playing the violin too. She likes playing the violin.教师出示词卡,教学发音,指导书写。
(5)呈现making kites
教师出示纸风筝,并说:Make kites, making kites, my mother’s hobby is making kites, 教师出示词卡,教学发音,强调转换要点,指导书写。
(6)呈现collecting stamps
教师拿出集邮册,从里面取出一张邮票,问学生:“What's this?”引导学生回答:“It's a stamp.”教师板书stamp并带读。教师展示集邮册出示众多的邮票,问What are they? They are stamps.同时说:“I like collecting stamps.”然后板书并带读collecting stamps。教师问:“Do you like collecting stamps?”,引导学生作答后拼读并操练:I like collecting stamps.对collecting的读音应用分音节拼读来突破。
3.Practice
(1)听录音,纠正学生发音。
(2)Teacher speaks lowly ,Ss speaks loudly ,then change .
(3 ) 教师把新知编成chant,学生齐拍手练习说,如: Hobby, hobby, What is your hobby? Playing,playing,I like playing the violin.Collecting,collecting,I like collecting stamps.Riding,riding,I like riding a bike.Making,making
I like making kites.Diving,diving,I like diving.
(4)开展Games,方法:把本课的知识让在一个开放的盒子里,进行下传,然后教师放音乐,当音乐之音落时,请抽出礼物,大家共问What is your hobby?生用抽到的回答问题.
(5) 两人一组进行谈论What is your hobby? I like …
(6) 开展小组调查,谈论他人的爱好。学生带好纸笔在组内进行调查,互相询问: What is your hobby?'’调查完毕,各组派代表上台汇报调查结果:“…boys/girls like…”也可说出名字,如:“一and…like…”
(7)拓展,出示明星,让学生分组进行讨论这些明星们的爱好,比比哪组谈论的最好。
4. 巩固和延伸(Consolidation and extension)
(1)让学生做本单元A Let’s learn部分的活动手册配套练习。
(2)让学生听A Let’s learn部分的录音,回家读给家长或同伴听。
(3)让学生背诵并抄写本课四会动词(短语)。
5.教学反思
借助肢体语言和多媒体完成整个教学过程,力求整堂课不给人单调、沉闷、冗长的感觉。首先用歌曲I love going hiking导入成功导入新课.教学新词过程中,采用不同的方式,比如用肢体语言表演〝riding a bike〞、〝playing the violin〞、〝making kites〞、〝collecting stamps〞让学生guess;或展示图片〝diving〞问:what is he doing?;或分别展示实物〝stamp〝、〞kite〞问:what’s this?等等,并通过跟读、齐读、个别读或火车形式读以及和学生一起拼读、书空、提问,突出教学重点,其中引导学生发现ride-riding、dive-diving和make-making它们动词的变化,即去掉e并加上ing,从而突破教学难点。随之巩固,通过听录音并跟着读和chant达到教学要求。最后调查部分,是将刚学的句子what is your hobby?运用实际当中,达到教学目的。
