学习者分析 谈论天气与我们的日常生活有关，加以图画形象配合。学习起来会比较直观，易接受。所以掌握表示天气的形容词，动词显得更为重要。学习“现在进行时”时师生可以随时设置情境，贴近实际，使学生在生动活泼的氛围中掌握教学内容。
教学目标 一、情感态度与价值观1.教育学生善于观察天气。　2.善于观察和描述周围的事物。
二、过程与方法1.通过创设情境，让学生身临其境。自然引入“What are you doing ”和“How is the weather ”　2.通过教师设置任务，学生提出问题，学生解决问题，借助彩色图片和多媒体等方式提高学生的积极性。　
三、知识与技能1.Master the vocabulary: rain,windy,cloudy,sunny,snow, how’s=how is.　2.Master and use:How’s the weather It’s raining/ windy…What are you doing I’m watching TV.What’s she doing？She is cooking.

教学活动1 一．导入新课课前，出示课件（课题）上课铃声响起。Organize the students by greeting each other.Ask the students who is on duty （谈论一些事情，简单用英语说几句）做画画，写字等动作：问:What am I doing （帮助学生回答）Iam writing/drawing.（叫几个学生做其他动作）练习What are you doing What is he/she doing （学生总结老师板书:be+v-ing）Ask:How’s the weather (板书)帮助学生回答：It’s raining/windy/cloudy/sunny/snowing.（多媒体放映图片）
教学活动2　 二．进入Section A中1a 1b 1c 的学习1.看1a的图画。正确(raining,windy,cloudy,sunny,snowing)的读音并释义。用课件。2．Ask the Ss to match the words with pictures.3,1b,Listen and write these city names in the boxes in 1a.（用录音机）听两遍，第一遍先指出城市，第二遍把城市名称填入方框中。4，1c.Tell the students；If you are in one of the places in the picture above,talk about the weather.（学生俩人一组练习对话）。5,叫两三组学生上讲台表演，学生一指着地图问How’s the weather in+地点。（用课件）
教学活动3　 三．进入Section A中2a 2b 2c 的学习1.2a.指着图片告诉学生:The boy is talking on the phone.The girl is watching TV. 2.Play the recording twice.（听两遍，第一遍只听，第二遍给图片编号1-4.）3.2b.Listen again.（人名与活动匹配。）老师问指定学生来回答。Eg:What’s Jeff doing He is playing computer games.　4.2c.同桌互相练习谈论2a中的人物。
教学活动4　 四．归纳对比 结束学习1.本节课学习了新单词和“How is the weather？”“be+ving”进行时态的练习运用。2.通过学习，学生能熟练地用英语询问，表达天气和人们正在做的事。3.作业：
