One possible version.
There be 句型,表示某处有某物，一定要注意 be 动词(is，are)与其后面的名词一致。特别应注意，如果有两个或两个以上并列的名词时，应与第一个保持一致,也就是我们说的就近原则。
1. 肯定句: There be+名词 + (介词短语) …
2. 否定句: There be+not+名词+ (介词短语) … 。3. 一般疑问句: Be+ there+名词+ (介词短语) …
　　(注意其答语仍要用there, 如一般现在时的肯定答语是Yes, there is/are. 否定答语是No, there isn’t/aren’t. )
