Poetry is a great form of literature. There are different kinds of rules for poems, so the forms of poems are quite different from country to country. 一、写作常识
当我们对商品或服务不满意时,我们有权利退换或者索赔。写投诉信时措辞要客气,但语气要坚决,这样才能达到理想的投诉效果。投诉信通常由三部分组成:
(1)开头段:点名写信意图。
(2)主体段:写明投诉原因,要展开说明。要明确指出问题在哪儿,要证明责任确实在商家,还可说明由此给你带来的不便或伤害。
(3)结束段:提出你的具体要求,表达你希望问题得到尽快的解决的强烈愿望。
