Lesson 4 Again,please!
教学目标:
1. 引导学生梳理本单元的重点单词和主要句型,并引导学生对重点句型进行巩固、拓展。
2.培养学生运用所学语言知识创编小短剧及制作健康生活倡议卡。
3.培养学生良好的饮食习惯和健康生活的意识。
教学重难点:
1.复习询问和描述疾病,能根据病情给出合理的建议,并能运用所学知识进行自编自创情景短剧。
2.用情态动词should,shouldn’t 给别人提出一些健康饮食与生活的合理建议,制件倡议卡片。
教学准备:多媒体课件、疾病及日常生活图片、药、彩色卡片。
教学方法:小组合作法,表演法,阅读法,调查法。
教学过程:
一、热身启动 激趣导入
1、Greetings.
T:Good morning,children.
S:Good morning,Miss Wang.
T:How are you today
S:I’m fine,thank you.And you
T:I’m fine,too.Thank you.
2. Sharp eyes.
T: Do you like playing games Let’s play a game: sharp eyes.
T:Look at the screen carefully.If you can say the phrases.Please put up your hands.
课件呈现本单元重点单词及词组――疾病症状图片、建议词组及图片,让学生来说出词组,课件的最后一幅图片定格在第三课的运动图片上。
学生说出后问学生:Do you like sports
Ss:Yes.
T:I like sports,too.Because doing sports is good for our health.This class ,we’ll have a revision about “health”.
【设计意图:课件上快速出现本单元的重点词组,快速消失,让学生说出疾病名称及建议词组,既能让学生在紧张的气氛中集中精力投入课堂,又能引出本节课复习的话题“Health” 。】
二、逐课复习 梳理知识
1. How to see the doctor
引导学生通过回忆看病时医生的询问,发散学生的思维,梳理已学知识,同时教师板书。
1)出示第一课情景图,提出问题,学生自由回答。
T:In Lesson 1,We have known how to see the doctor.When we go to see the doctor,what does the doctor usually ask (学生说到What’s wrong with you 时,教师板书。)And we usually answer:I…
2)Ask and answer:
Now let’s ask and answer,first I ask and you answer.(教师拿着疾病图片问学生:“What’s wrong with you ”学生答。最后两幅图片交换,让学生问教师答,引出toothache,并教学。)
【设计意图:问答练习,既复习了第一课的重点句型,同是又学习了新单词toothache,既拓展了学生知识,同时为接下来的学习奠定了基础,起到了承上启下的作用。】
2.How to care for the patient.
1)How to ask:
T: When someone gets ill.We should care for them.How to care for the patients Do you remember How to ask (当学生说到How are you feeling now 时,教师板书问题及答语。)
2)How to give some advice.
学生先同位交流,然后全班交流,最后完成连线题。
【设计意图:学生在交流过程中,将第二课重点句型进行巩固复习,连线题检查了学生读图能力及对建议重点句的理解。】
3)Let’s chant.
T:Now let’s chant.First listen to me carefully.
T:Boys ask.Girls answer.
【设计意图:让学生跟着鼓点进行chant,增加了chant 的趣味性,同时巩固了本单元的重点句型,连读符号的标注,培养学生连读的意识及能力。】
3.How to keep healthy.
1)自由交流
学生完成chant后,教师问学生:Are you happy
T: We should keep happy every day. Because keeping happy makes us keep healthy.
T:Then how can we keep healthy (教师板书,并贴should,shouldn’t)
学生先在小内交流。
2)给图片找家
①然后让学生拿出提前准备好的,盛有生活方式图片的袋子,让学生将其贴到相应的住置下。
T: Please take out the pictures in the bag.First discuss in pairs, then stick them to the right place.
②教师在订正时,图片飞入表格中变成句子,教师一边订正一边让生齐说。
同时让学生注意连读句子的发音。
完成后,教师指should、shouldn’t中的内容引导学生分别说:We should do them.Because they are good for our health.We shouldn’t do them.Because they are not good for our healthy.
【设计意图:对第三课的重点加以巩固拓展,与学生的实际生活紧密联系到一起,贴图片交流,为学生提供了语言支架,学生学习兴趣高涨。】
三、拓展练习 实际运用
1.Listen and answer:
听配图小故事,回答问题.
T:I know Xiaopang got ill yesterday.What was wrong with Xiao Pang
Now let’s listen and answer the question.
让学生感受不良的生活方式,会给我们带来疾病。培养学生良好生活方式的意识。
2.Advice.
T:Different diseases,different advice.Can you give Xiaopang some advice
学生根据小胖的病情给出一些建议
3.Make a short play.
T:Please make and act out the short play in groups. Scene:At home—in the hospital—at home.One acts like the doctor. One acts like Xiaopang.One acts like the parent.One acts like a friend.
要求学生在小组内自创自编小短剧。
They are good actors and good actresses.
T:Does Xiaopang have good lifestyle
Ss:No.
T:So he got very fat and had a toothache.Do you want to be fat Do you want to get ill So we must have good lifestyle.Good lifestyle keeps us healthy.
【设计意图:创编小短剧,发散学生思维,培养学生想像力及用英语做事的能力,使英语学习真正达到语用的目的。】
3.Read and tick.
T:I know Nancy has good lifestyle. She is 110 years old.She’s still very healthy. How does she keep healthy Do you want to know
T:Please read and tick.
在订正到最后一个问题时,教师问学生:Nancy eats apples every day。Yes or no.Why
S1:Because her teeth are not good.So she drinks apple juice every day.
T:Our teeth are good.So we should eat apples every day to keep healthy.OK
【设计意图:培养学生阅读的能力,同时为学生树立了榜样,让学生意识到健康生活的重要性,培养学生养成良好生活习惯的意识。】
4.Make a suggestion card.
1)T:Do you have good lifestyle
T:Please finish the survey.Read and tick.
先让学生完成上面表格,通过调查表,让学生正确认识自己的生活方式是否健康,从而能主动积极地加入到下面的倡议活动中。
T:Who got 7A’S?对学生调查进行统计,从而让学生意识到大部分人存在不健康的生活方式。
2)T: Through the survey, we can see that many of us there is unhealthy lifestyle.Do you want to keep healthy Llet’s make a suggestion card in groups.Let’s call everyone to have good lifestyle to keep healthy. Ask for: First discuss in group. Then suggest in groups.
T: Look,this is my suggestion.This is my English name.This is my friend.Can you make a suggestion card
先让学生看看教师制订的倡议书,然后让学生根据倡议书的格式制作完成倡议卡。
【设计意图:通过健康调查表,让学生意识到自己生活方式中存在的不健康因素及瘾患,从而使学生能主动参与到倡议卡的制作中,使英语学习真正运用于现实生活。】
3)情感升华
学生展示完成后,将倡议卡贴到教师提前画在黑板上的大树上,学生贴完后.教师说:If we can do like these.The tree of life will be evergreen.
