II. Procedures
Review
Foods , drinks, fruits, vegetables
(1) Presentation
(2) See the story and answer the questions. (电脑呈现)
Listen to the tape and answer my questions.
Read the story time.
For after-listening activities, the pupils could be asked to act out the story.
They don’t recite the story word for word, instead,
(3) Open books then read the story after the tape.
(4) Read in pairs.
(5) Look at the pictures and try to retell the story.
Ask the pupils hoe they usually celebrate their birthday.
Ask them what food Chinese eat for their birthdays.
