1. 整体设计思路、指导依据说明
本单元采用情景教学法和任务型教学法。以英国学生Lily与我校学生Simiao为故事主线，设计活动贴近学生学校活动和周末生活，让学生在了解和完成故事情节的过程中，巩固问路和指路的相关句型，并能够将其应用在日常生活中。
2. 教学背景分析：
本单元为复习巩固课，主要复习内容为日常交际用语中关于问路和指路的句型。本单元的话题接近学生的日常生活，因此教师在教学情境和教学任务设置中，尽可能与学生生活相联，吸引学生的课堂兴趣，提高课堂参与度。
3. 教学目标分析：
语言能力：学生能够更熟练的运用关于问路（Can you tell me the way to …）等句型和指路（go across, go along）等短语，并能够在生活中向别人问路以及为他人指路； 学习能力：学生能够通过与同学的合作，补充完成某一地点的地图和设计从某地到某地的路线并给出理由。思维品质：学生学会与他人合作，共同解决问题的能力；文化意识：学生了解家乡（海口）的相关建筑和美食，进而了解全世界的美景，培养读万卷书，行万里路的理念；学生能够有乐于助人的品质。
4. 教学重点、难点分析：
重点: 学生能够更熟练的运用关于问路（Can you tell me the way to …）等句型和指路（go across, go along）等短语，并能够在生活中向别人问路以及为他人指路；难点: 学生能够通过与同学的合作，补充完成某一地点的地图和设计从某地到某地的路线并给出理由。
