其中look like意为“看起来像”,后可接名词或代词,表示相像的人或物。

这一句型用来询问某人的品质、个性等。

2.Is he short or tall 他个矮还是高
tall作形容词,意为“高的”,既可以指个子高,也可以表示物体高。
e.g.She is a tall girl.
tall与high
tall 常指人、动物、树、建筑物等的“高”,其反义词为short。
high 多指山高,也指空间的位置或程度上高,还可指抽象意义上的“高”,如物价、温度等方面的“高”,其反义词为low。

“sb.+be of+ medium height”表示“某人中等身高”,其中,height是形容词high的名词形式。
