Look at the pictures, what can you see What will happen
First, let’s listen.
And answer:

What did Fred do
Check the answers.
Step4. Explain the language points.
Fred tried to open the gate but a big dog ran to him. He was scared and threw the letter over the fence.
One day. Fred sent a letter to an old man.
He came to the gate and rang the bell.
But there was no answer. He rang the bell again, still there was no answer.
Step5 Listen and practice
Step6 Act out the story with your friends
Homework
1. Finish off the exercises in the textbook.
2. Go on the next reading in the student book.
