Simon: There are about 20 buildings. Most of them have 14 floors.

like 作介词,意为“像,类似;……怎么样”。常用短语:look like 看上去像;be like 像……一样

[拓展](1)“What is…like?”既可以用来询问性格特征,也可以询问外貌特征;“What does…look like?”用来询问外貌特征。

(2)like还可作动词,意为“喜欢”。常用短语:like sb./sth.喜欢某人/某物;like doing sth.喜欢做某事(习惯动作);like to do sth.喜欢做某事(具体的某一次动作)。
I like playing football, but I don't like to play football this afternoon.
我喜欢踢足球,但是我今天下午不想踢足球。
(3)like 作介词时,其反义词是unlike,意为“不像”;作动词时,其反义词是dislike,意为“不喜欢”,相当于动词hate。
