Step 1:Warm-up
1. Greeting:
T: Hello, boys and girls.
Ss: Hello, teacher.
T: How are you?
Ss: Fine, thank you. How are you?
T: Very well, thanks.
Step 2:Revision:
1.?T:I am very glad to see you, so I want to sing a song, do you????
Ss: Yes.
T and Ss sing ?°Old Macdonald Had a Farm?± together.
(边唱边复习单词cow, dog, cat.)
呈现以前学过的单词图片,复习旧单词chicken, duck, pig, sheep,
bird, fish.
T: Good,you can say the animals we learned, today we will learn more Animals. Lesson 4:Horses and Rabbits(出示课题)
Step 3:Learning:
1.创设情境
T: Class, let’s guess a riddle. You know many animals ,where are they? It’s a place.
Ss:farm.农场(出示图片)
T: Yes, it’s a farm. Many animals live there, but a naughty boy opened the door of the farm, What happened?
Ss: 动物们都跑了?
T: Yes. The farmer was very worried about the animals, she must find the animals as soon as possible, do you want to help her?
Ss: Yes.
T: But first you should know some information about°What is it? and
What can they do?(出示图片)
Now, let’s go and meet them one by one. (让我们一一去认识一下)
2.教授新单词rabbit, horse
T: ?What is it?
Ss: Rabbit! Rabbit! (大部分学生喊着)
T: Yes. It’s a Rabbit!(板书)
T 出示图片,带读。(用升降调)
T: Rabbit! Rabbit!
Ss: Rabbit! Rabbit!
T:Is it a rabbit?
Ss: Yes.
T: Good.Act like a rabbit. (T 先示范做)
Ss 跟做
同法教单词horse 并有意识地强调发音,使学生逐步掌握正确的学习和记忆单词的方法。
3. 注意对比单词horse和house的读音再让 Ss 以开小火车形式来读。
T: Wonderful. Now, let’s act like a rabbit.
让 Ss 发挥想象,以不同形态,动作来表现rabbit .
T 叫几个学生上台表演。
T: What animal can hop? (呈现动作)
Ss: A rabbit./ A rabbit can hop.???
T: Yes! A rabbit can hop.?
( T 边说边做动作)
T: What animal can fly? (呈现动作)
Ss: Birds.
T: What else can fly?(让孩子们分组讨论得出结果)
“duck, butterfly, bee
出示句子“What animal can fly? Birds can fly.
5. Act and guess.
T call S1 to the front and tell him/her a word. (耳语)
(Suck as dog / duck) Let him / her act like this animal, others guess what the animal is.
(猜对者可根据 T 说的单词模仿表演另一种动物,让另一生来猜,以此类推)
6. 待孩子们会说这些单词后再进行找小动物的活动,教师示范 °Where is a cat? Here it is. “ Can a cow fly? Yes, I can. /No, I can’t.通过问答的形势,帮助农场主找到小动物。
Step 4:Practice
1.Listen and show the cards of words.
2.T say and Ss show the toys of animals.
3.Let’s do it! Is this a cow? Yes, it is. No,it isn’t.(P8)
4.Listen and guess (听音辩动物)
Step 5:拓展训练与创新
你还知道哪些动物?小组讨论,得出结果,师生互相交流。
Step 6:Emotion
T: 对于这些动物,我们应怎么做?
Ss:我们要把动物当作人类的朋友,要好好保护它们。
