the number of 后跟名词复数,作主语时谓语动词用单数。

wish 还可作动词,意为“希望,祝愿”。

本句为含有 if 引导的条件状语从句的主从复合句。
例句:如果不下雨,我们就出去。

主句用一般将来时,if 引导的条件状语从句用一般现在时表示将来,即“主将从现”。

7. cut up 切碎
cut up是一个“动词+副词”型短语,代词作宾语时只能放在中间;名词作宾语时,可放在中间,也可放在 up 后面。
