Step 1 Warming up
Free talk: Do you like shopping
Where do you usually go shopping
Step 2 Introduce the new words.
1. Ask the students : I’m going shopping now and would you like go shopping with me Let’s go shopping together and make a shopping list.
2. Show some pictures and introduce some new words.
Step 3 Listen and choose the correct answer.
Ask the students what they will buy for their mother on Mother’s Day.
Do you want to know Lingling and Betty are going to buy for their mums Well, let’s listen.
Ask students to read the questions and prepare for listening.
1)What is Lingling going to buy for her mother on Mother’s Day
