1. Warm-up

They are so interesting. Unluckily they no longer exist in our real life. But on the other hand, we are lucky! Because we are accompanied by cute pandas.... They make our life colorful. So we must love animals and protect animals.
7.HomeworkDo a survey about different kinds of animals on their age and height. And then give a report in your groups.

课后自我反思
我把本节课作为单元的第二课时进行备课与教学,进行了课时先后顺序的调整。我利用已经学过的词汇和数字导入,先进行了热身,在此基础上练习句型How tall are you I’m_____metres.I’m taller than you. 进而直观形象的引出本节课的重点内容。根据教学内容,我选择了恐龙这一学生感兴趣的话题来创设情境,让学生猜测他们的身高,然后再进行“高差对比”。呈现新内容较自然,充分利用了图片和教具的鲜明、直观形象的特点,调动了学生的学习兴趣和积极性,同时提高了课堂教学效果,很受学生的欢迎。教学过程中,我重点让学生在体验新知的同时,理解掌握如何在实际生活中去加以运用在不知不觉中学会交际语言和所授的新知识。并且又设计了让学生小组调查的环节,使学生对形容词的比较级和最高级的理解和运用更加得心应手。为学生营造了一个轻松愉快的学习环境,这更有利于激发学生的学习兴趣,使他们对英语不再有恐惧心理,同时接受新知的能力也在不断提高。在教学中我倡导任务性教学模式。给予学生一定的、简单的任务(两个小问题),再带着任务去阅读对话,使他们更有目地性,也更容易掌握对话的中心。不足之处:知识扩展不足、课堂设计不够丰富。从整节课来看,由于学生基础差、英语水平参差不齐的原因,我觉得自己对学生学习的引导过多,他们自主学习的机会还过少。如果能够给学生更多参与的机会,让学生有更多的时间操练,课堂效果会更好一些,能够出现教学亮点。六年级的学生不同于低年级的学生,他们不再乐于表现自己,比较矜持,故而在课堂上极容易冷场,在刚开始的几分钟里,我设计的热身环节对学生的调动还不足,运用相应的TPR效果应会更好。
总之,在这节英语课上,我侧重于培养学生的听、读、说三方面的能力,把学生被动地坐着等知识,变为自己去获取知识;把重知识记忆变为重学生根据实际环境进行交际。从学生的表情和课堂表现也能看出,他们能够很好地融入课堂学习氛围,所以学习效果整体较好。
