教学内容 Unit 5 Nature and Culture Lesson2
教材分析 本单元的主题是复习五年级下学期Special days 的相关内容,并补充了中秋节和感恩节这两个节日,通过对比中西方文化差异,帮助孩子们了解传统文化,建立传播传统文化的观念。
学生分析 六年级学生能积极运用所学英语进行表达和交流,学习中能集中注意力,形成基本的学习习惯,乐意参与实践,与他人合作,能比较顺利的完成简单的学习任务,能用简单的英语进行交际。 经过五年多的英语学习,学生已经有了一定的英语词汇量,并且在五年级已经学习了部分本节课中的节日,但由于介绍环节需要学生介绍出不同节日人们的风俗活动,对一部分学生来说,如何组织语言还是有一些难度的。
教学目标 知识目标:识别和掌握词组Thanksgiving 和roast turkey能力目标:(1)能够听懂介绍介绍有关holidays的语段。(2)学生能够介绍中西方主要节日的时间以及庆祝方式。 (3)能够从时间、习俗、特色饮食等方面书写介绍一个节日。情感目标:让学生了解中西方文化的相似和不同,并鼓励学生传播传统文化,激发学生的爱国热情
教学重难点 教学重点:能够听、说、读、写有关节日的对话和语段教学难点: 能够从不同方面简单书写介绍一个有关节日的语段

Think and writeLet students write their favorite holiday in ChinaT: (Show the flight of ideas about Chinese holiday) Ss: Write the composition. 通过愚人节的玩笑引出本课课题holidays,激发学生的兴趣,为复习其他节日做铺垫。通过歌曲导入圣诞节这一主题,并通过圣诞节相关内容的学习,激发旧知,并通过关键词帮助学生学会如何介绍节日介绍春节习俗,并告诉学生许多中国传统节日的日期是用农历来表示的,不能用公历来表示,但是可以用月份来描述并引导学生介绍春节。复习儿童节及活动,为学习万圣节做铺垫。通过万圣节语段的学习,使学生对万圣节有一定的了解,扩大学生的知识面,拓宽视野。通过听力活动,检测所学内容通过阅读语段,对比中西方节日区别,锻炼学生对信息的提炼能力。出示其他中国节日的图片,激活学生知识储备为接下来的作文书写做铺垫,并号召学生传播中国传统文化,激发学生的爱国热情。
