A special trip
I have been to many places. The trip to Gulangyu was special. I went there with my parents and I enjoyed that trip very much.
Gulangyu is a small island in Xiamen. It’s like a beautiful garden on the water. We went there by plane. We stayed there for five days. On the first day, we visited the Sunlight Rock first. Then we went to the piano museum. During the next four days, we visited other places of interest. We also heard many stories about the hero Zheng Chenggong. There are no cars or buses on the island, so it is very quiet. And the life there is very peaceful too.
What a wonderful place Gulangyu is! I want to go there again this year.

1) have / has been to常与ever, never, once, twice, how many times等连用。

3) 当have / has been to后面接表示地点的副词here, there, home, abroad等时,to要省略。
