It's July and the summer holiday is coming. Bruce doesn't have to go to school during the two months' holiday, so he's very happy. He likes swimming very much and he thinks July is the best time to go swimming. During this month the temperature is about 32℃ on average. He and his friends often go swimming in the river. They feel very comfortable and cool in the water. Yesterday afternoon, Bruce and his two friends went swimming again after they finished their homework. Bruce is a good swimmer, but Tom and Jim have just started learning to swim so they couldn't swim very far. Mostly they just played along the river. Tom bought a new football so they played football there. Every time the ball went into the river, Bruce would go into the river to get it. At about six they went back home.
