B. 书面表达（共15分）
随着手机的日益普及，学生使用手机对学校管理和学生发展带来诸多不利影响。为保护学生视力，让学生在学校专心学习，防止沉迷网络和游戏，促进学生身心健康发展，教育部在今年1月15日下发了《关于加强中小学生手机管理工作的通知》，禁止中小学生携带手机回校。请你写一篇80词左右的文章，谈谈你对此事的看法。
内容包括：
Mobile phones are playing a more and more important role in our life. There is no doubt that they help us a lot in our daily life. I sometimes use my mobile phone to chat with my friends and shop online.
However, mobile phones can also cause a lot of problems for students. As a result, primary and secondary school students will not be allowed to bring mobile phones to school anymore. I totally agree with it. The reasons are as follows. First, students are not self-disciplined enough. They may get addicted to online games easily, which may have a bad influence on their study. Second, using mobile phones too much may do harm to students’ eyes.
Every coin has two sides. We should use mobile phones in a proper way and concentrate on our study.
书面表达评分标准（共15分）：
1. 评分原则与方法：
（1） 采用总体评分法：考查学生能否根据写作提示，较好地完成书面表达任务。评分时，先确定所属档次，然后以该档次的要求进行微调，最后给分。原文照抄的，只能在第 5 挡中调整；但正确引用原文少数句子且运用得当的，不扣分。
（2） 注重内容的完整及语言表达的准确：本题在写作具体内容上给了学生较大的发挥空间，要求学生能准确地表达个人的观点与看法，行文符合逻辑。语法、单词拼写和标点符号错误，每两处扣 0.5分，同样错误不重复扣分。
（3） 卷面不整洁，字数少于或多于规定词数 20 词以上的酌情扣分。
（4） 对灵活使用复杂句式、行文流畅的文章，可酌情加分，加分最多不超过 2 分。加分后本题满分不得超过 15 分。
2. 内容要点和分数分布：
（1）你在生活中使用手机的情况；（3分）
（2）你对学生被禁止带手机回校的看法（3分）及理由(至少两点)（各2分）；
（3）呼吁同学们专心学习，合理使用手机。（2分））

3. 评分档次和标准
第一档： 13-15分 要求： 内容涵盖所有的要点，表达准确，意思连贯，符合逻辑，只有个别语言错误。
第二档： 10-12分 要求： 内容涵盖所有的要点，表达清楚，意思连贯，符合逻辑，但有少数语言错误。
第三档： 7-9分 要求： 内容涵盖大部分要点，表达较为清楚、连贯，基本符合逻辑，但有一些语言错误。
第四档： 4-6分 要求： 内容涵盖部分要点，能写出少量正确句子，但整体表达不太连贯，且语言错误较多。
第五档： 0-3分 要求： 只能写出一些单词，不成句子，缺乏逻辑性，错误很多。
