I don't like riding my bike.
Teaching Aims
(1) Students can listen, read and say the new words and phrase: swim - swimming,
skip - skipping, ride my bike - riding my bike.
(2) Students can listen, read and say the sentences: I like swimming/skipping/
riding my bike. I don’t like swimming/skipping/riding my bike.
(3) Improve the students’ enthusiasm and interest for English learning and encourage them to talk in English.
Teaching Key Points:
Students can use the words “ swimming, skipping and riding my bike” in the
sentences “I like ... . or I don’t like ... .”. And they can use these two sentence patterns to express their other hobbies.

PPT, Computer, blackboard, pictures, soft magnets.
Teaching Procedures:
Step 1、Warming up
Greetings.
T: Good morning, boys and girls. S: Good morning, teacher. T: How are you today S: I’m fine ,thank you. And how are you T: I’ m fine, too. Thank you. Today we’re going to learn Module 3 Unit 2 I don't like riding my bike. Now read after me:... . S: ... .(跟读课文标题)
Say a chant. ( Play the video for twice.)
I like coffee. I like coffee.
I like tea. I like tea.
I like cats I don’t like lions
and they like me. and they don’t like me.
T: First let’s chant. Ready Go! (Play the video and clap hands.)
S: Chant together for twice and claps theirs hands.
Let’s review.
The students look at the pictures about sports in the PPT and use the sentence “ I like... . / I don’t like... . ” to talk about the sports they have learned before( football, basketball ,table tennis and morning exercises).
T: Look at the first picture. What is it?S: football.

② skip-skipping(结合句子I don’t like... .)

④ Competition. (新单词和句型总集合回顾复习环节)
Say and do.
1、老师:swim.
学生:swim, swim, swim(边说边配上游泳的动作。)
其他单词也一样。
T: Let me show you how to do. I say “ swim”. You say “ swim, swim, swim”. And do the action. The same as the other words. Understand Now let’s have a try.
(老师随机说swim, skip, ride my bike,学生边说边做相应动作。)
2、老师:swimming.(配上表情 或者 )
I like swimming.
学生:swimming, swimming, (师 时)
I don’t like swimming.
其他单词也一样。 (师 时)
T: I say “ swimming and show the picture ” . You say “ swimming, swimming, I like swimming .” And do the action. I say “ swimming and show the picture ” . You say “ swimming, swimming, I don’t like swimming .” And do the action. The same as the other words. Now let’s have a try.
老师说(swimming, skipping, riding my bike,配上表情 / ),学生边读边做相应的动作。
T: OK. Now let’s have a competition.
(开始分组比赛。对于每组学生,老师随机说swim, skip, ride my bike;当说swimming, skipping, riding my bike时配上表情 / 。最后评价比赛结果。)

① Text learning.(课文学习)
T: Boys and girl, now please open your book and turn to page 17. Let’s study activity 2 “Listen and say”. First let’s watch the video. Please listen and watch carefully. (播放课文视频, 学生认真地边看边听)
T: OK, now let’s read after the video sentence by sentence. And read every sentence for twice.(再次播放课文视频, 并且每句都暂停让学生跟读两遍)
T: Now point to your book and read together.(学生用手指指着课本齐读两遍)
(接着分组比赛指着课本读课文)
T: Now look at the PPT. Look at the pictures and say out the sentences.
(让学生一起看着图片一幅图一幅图地复述课文内容)
②Sentence game. (句子游戏)
T: Now let’s play a game. Clap our hands and repeat saying the four sentences. And I will suddenly call one of you . When I call your name, you should stand up immediately and say out the sentence which we stopped. If you can’t do that, you’ll get a “bomb”. (Game:老师和学生一起拍手按顺序重复说这刚才这四个句子,当老师突然喊学生名字时,被喊到名字的学生要马上站起来说出该句子,如果不能立刻站起来并说出该句子会被炸弹炸。)
(开始游戏。该句子游戏是为了让学生更加熟悉会读课文句子。)
③ Describe the pictures.
(个人描述图片。图片来自课文,该环节即是个人复述课文。)
Step 3、Practice
Sing a song. (自编小歌曲,配上歌曲“捉泥鳅”音乐伴奏)
I like swimming , I like skipping,
I like Lingling skipping with me .

I like Lingling riding bikes with me .
(老师先示范唱一遍,再让学生一起齐跟唱一遍。因为大家都会唱中文歌曲
“抓泥鳅”,所以学生很快就会唱。)

Ask the students to write down their answers then check the answers.

Ask the students to use the sentence patterns “I like... . and I don’t like... .” to talk about what they have learned before.

Lead the students to summarize what we have learned today.

Ask your parents or friends what they like and what they don't like.
