1. I will never try to catch a falling dinosaur.
我永远也不会设法接住一个正在下落的恐龙。
falling 是 fall的ing形式, 在句中作 dinosaur的定语。不及物动动词的ing形式可表示正在进行或尚未结束的动作, 而过去分词可以表示完成了的动作。

[辨析] “watch sb. do sth.”和“watch sb. doing sth.”
