坚持工作很重要。
解析
It's important (for sb.) to do sth.(某人)做某事是重要的。其中it为形式主语，后面的不定式才是真正的主语。这样可以避免句子头重脚轻。用于此句型的形容词主要有：easy，hard，difficult，important，interesting等。
注意：形容词若表示人的性格与品质，如kind，good，nice等，for sb.要改为of sb。
