So, we are now in Newfoundland, the very eastern part of Canada and the end of our journey. To celebrate, we went on a boat trip yesterday. Mum was using Dad’s phone to take photots of the colorful little houses along the coast when we saw something amazing-- a killer whale! Mum was so excited that she dropped the phone into the sea.
Anyway, another family from Quebec was also on the boat and they got some great photos of the whale.

3 March
Hi Sam,
I’ve been in Beijing for two days and I’m having a great time! Yesterday we went to the Great Wall and today we visited the Palace Museum. We met some young people from local university. They helped us take a lot of pictures and told us some interesting facts about the museum. They are really warm-hearted! Tomorrow we’re going to take a walk in the Summer Palace and have a taste of the famous Beijing duck. I can’t wait!
Bye for now. Take care!
