一、语言点
*1.What can you see when there is a gentle wind / a strong wind / a typhoon
当有微风/ 强风/台风时，你能看见什么？.
（1）what用于对“具体内容“的提问。…when … “当… 的时候”，引导时间状语从句。
（2）can + 动词原形，能够做某事（表示“能力/许可”）否定：can’t=can not 疑问：can提前
（3）There is (一般现在时）/was ( 过去时）+单数名词/不可数名词
T here are (一般现在时) /w ere(过去时)+复数名词
There will be (一般将来时)+ 单数名词/不可数名词/复数名词
*（4）strong 在本课中是形容词，意为“强烈的；猛烈的”。另外，strong 还可意为“强壮的”
*2.I can see people flying kites in the park.我能看见人们正在公园里放风筝。
see somebody doing something 意为“看见某人正在做某事”,侧重被看见的行为正在发生
I saw some students playing football when I passed the playground.
see something do something意为“看见某人做某事”，用于两种情况：（1）被看见的行为经常发生；（2）行为的全过程都被看见。
I saw some students play football on the playground yesterday afternoon.
3. At first，the wind blew gently. The leaves moved slightly。
起先,风轻轻地吹。树叶微微颤动着。
（1）at first 起先 [近] at the beginning 起先；起初
[反] in the end 最后 at last 最后；最终 finally 最后；终于
(2)这里“gently ”为副词，修饰动词。副词，表示动作特征或性状特征。主要是修饰动词、形容词、其他副词或整个句子。e.g. The classroom is very big.（修饰形容词）
Luckily，we won the football match.（修饰整个句子）

immediately，[近] at once 立刻 right away 立刻 as soon as 一……就……
5. Suddenly，the wind became stronger.突然，风变得更猛烈了。
become stronger 表示“变得更猛烈了”。Become 是个系动词，后面常常跟形容词作表语，
如：The water in the river became dirty,构成“主（语）系（动词）表（语）”
6.Think about what may happen.想一下可能会发生的情况。
(1)think about 思考 [近]think of 思考；考虑
(2) happen 发生[近]take place happen to do sth 碰巧做某事
*7. Heavy objects may fall on cars in the streets.重物可能会掉落到停在街上的汽车顶上。
（1）情态动词may用来表示“猜测”或“可能性”，后接动词原形。否定：may not可能不，或许不. 疑问：may提前
（2）情态动词may的其他用法：A.用于提出问题，问可不可以，如：May I come in ？
B．用于陈述句，表示“可以”或“不可以”。如：You may come if you wish.
*8. We should stay at home. 我们应该待在家里。
（1）情态动词should用于表示“责任”或“建议”，常解释为“应该”
(2) should=ought to /had better do sth. 否定：shoudn’t=ought not to do sth./ had better not do sth. 疑问：should提前
