(二)能力目标
在实际生活中能口头运用“What time /What day is it …”这类语句询时间,星期,并做出回答。并能初步在恰当的情境中运用。
(三)其他目标
能跟随录音大胆模仿说唱本单元的歌谣和歌曲,能够积极有序的参与课堂上组织的各种活动,活动时积极使用英语进行交际,能在活动中倾听同伴发言,并与同伴合作进行问答或游戏。
教学要点分析
(一)教学重点
1. 单词“ Monday,Tuesday ,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday,Sunday”的认读及掌握。
2. 灵活运用“What time /What day is it …”询问时间,星期并会回答。
(二)教学难点
如何结合实际,在真实的语境中运用“What time/ What day is it…”句型询问事情发生的时间,并做出回答。

Step1 Warming-up

3. Introduce my assistant, Wu Beijia. Oral English practice:
T: What’s the weather like today

Review the language we have learned.
【设计意图】课前一首歌可以活跃课堂气氛,使学生愉快地进入英语学习中去。通过Oral English practice既复习巩固了以前所学的知识,又为本节课的学习打下基础。培养学生当老师的小助手。
Step2 Lead in and new concepts
T: Oh, what time is it now
Wu: It’s 2:10.
T: Let’s begin our new class.
Turn to page 45, and listen to the tape. What are they talking about
引导学生回答,The days of the week.
在学生回答问题后,教师适时进行呼应:Do you know the days of the week Let’s listen to the tape, and read after the tape.
【设计意图】让学生学会观察,培养学生一定的自我学习能力。练习学生的听的能力
2. T: Can you say out the days of the week in English
“Yes”. Some students can say out the days in English.

Step3 Practice the words
T: Just now we learned the days. Let’s play the game.
Game 1: High and low voice.
Game2: What is missing
Game3: Remember the word in your mind, never change. When the teacher say out the word in your mind, the ss sit down. The word the teacher don’t say, the ss win.
Game4: Ask the ss arrange the cards in correct order.
Game5:Chain game.Read the words one by one.
Consolidate the difficult words:Thursday,Wednesday,Tuesday ,Friday,Saturday
Game6: Let’s learn the chant.
【设计意图】用学生感兴趣的游戏,说唱帮助学生巩固不易掌握的单词。使他们提高学习英语的兴趣,在游戏中学习语言,并突破难点。
Step4 Practice the drill
1. Listen and read after the tape about the drill on page 47.
2. Use the cards to practice the drill.
3. Practice the drill in pairs.
【设计意图】整体感知对话,让学生在情境中理解词、句的含义,将知识学习与语言运用有机结合,相得益彰。
Step5 Consolidation
1.T: Turn to page 48. Chose the action you like, then practice the drill.
学生抽出一天图片,再抽出一个活动(参照课本活动A)之后,其他的学生用What day is it 询问,学生It’s …回答,学生再用
what time is it 询问他,这位学生根据实际情况做出回答。也可以是教师抽图片,男生问,女生答;分组问,分组答,也可以两个操练。
【设计意图】本环节,巩固所学新知,旧知,有效地强化了语言的运用。
2. Group work: 请两位同学,参看表格中的提示进行展示,也可发挥想象自定对话内容。教师可以根据本班情况安排同桌,或邻桌或小组内互相问答。
【设计意图】展示的活动,可以充分体现学生的主体地位,自主表演,既运用了所学语言,又增加了学生之间的友谊。
