When I was ten, Dad found a new job in another city. So Mum and I moved there with Dad. Then my friends and I got separated. In the new city, I felt very lonely because I had few friends.
One day while I was doing my homework, Dad brought back a dog called Kate. Her cute face made me think of
the good old days. Then my life changed. I didn’t refuse to go out. I didn’t refuse to communicate with others either. I took Kate for a walk every day. I said hello to people with a smile.
Thank Kate! She has brought me many friends. And she makes me feel sure of myself.
