Please read the following passage and answer the questions below.
“Plogging” requires people to pick up trash while on a run. This word comes from two Swedish words, from “either plocka upp ( pick up ) or plocka skr p ( pick up litter ) and jogga ( jog )”.
The trend（ 趋势 ） is said to have started in Sweden（ 瑞典 ）, where environmentally friendly runners are collecting rubbish and showing off their bags of booty （ 战利品 ）on Instagram.
As plogging requires some bending（ 弯曲 ）and arm strength to hold all the garbage, a half hour of plogging will burn 288 calories on average （ 平均 ）-- compared to just 235 calories from regular jogging.
The plogging movement was started by Erik Ahlstr m in 2016. After moving to Stockholm
（ 斯德哥尔摩 ）from a small ski-community in northern Sweden，Ahlstr m became disappointed with the amount of litter he saw while riding his bike to work every day.
