Enhance students’ self-confidencePurpose: In order to achieve the teaching aims, we must build a healthy and efficient class atmosphere to meet the need for both teacher and students. All tasks are intended to be student-centered. I decide to use Task-Based language teaching method to finish 3a.The article is about a theme park. It’s a long passage. There are 15 new words and 230 words. Let students read the passage, finish the exercises and answer some questions in groups ,I will guide students to use good reading strategies to understand the text and solve problems .During the oral training, I will let the students talk about their past experiences. They can feel relaxed and talk freely. It’s better to review the Present Perfect Tense. I will inspire the students to love their hometown more by introducing the scenery of some local tourist attractions. Lead the students to find the beauties and encourage them to love what they already have in their life. In this class, I also offer students some writing exercises to help them to master the difficult points. Unit9.Have you ever been to Disneyland?★-Have you ever heard of …?

This is the first high point .In step2,have a words challenge to inspire students to memorize the words better. In step3,lead students to finish some tasks by cooperating and competing with groups. Groups which finish more tasks and answer more correctly will get more prizes.It’s the third high point. At last,in step6, encourage students to talk about their past experiences. It’s helpful to review the difficult points.
In my class my students are relaxed and happy. There are some fashionable factors. They are pop songs, famous people, cartoon characters and so on. They are helpful to arouse students’ attention and make them more interested in English. I try my best to encourage the students to cooperate and compete with others . They will feel confident by finishing some tasks in groups. At the same time, students use their past experiences to talk about people and things . They can really learn by doing, learn by using.
